Where Can I Buy A New Annual Passport At Disneyland?
There are several locations at the Disneyland Resort where you can pick up a brand-new Annual Passport (AP). The Entry Plaza Ticket Booths, near the entrance to the parks, are the most convenient place to speak with a Cast Member about your AP.
However, if you’re staying at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels, you can skip the line at the ticket booths. Each of the Disney hotels can sell new Disneyland Annual Passports. Just ask a front-desk CM and they’ll take care of you.
Where Can I Renew Or Upgrade A Disneyland Annual Passport?
Located directly past the baggage checks and directly between the gates of both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, the Entry Plaza Ticket Booths are the only place at the resort where you can upgrade or renew your AP.
Historic AP Locations
Various areas have served as Annual Passport offices over the years, both inside and outside the parks. In the past, AP’s were sold from the ‘Lost and Found’ office. Also in the entry plaza, these offices may still be used for overflow during busy periods.
Annual Passports have also been issued from the site of the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. Originally the Plaza Pavilion, this building housed the resort AP offices for several years. Guests would buy their passports at a ticket booth or resort hotel and then enter the park to have their picture taken at these offices.
Disney stopped putting pictures on Annual Passports in 2011, around which time the AP offices closed. The building reopened a year later as the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe.
Stop by one of the Entry Plaza Ticket Booths or a resort hotel lobby on your next visit to pick up that new Disneyland Annual Passport.
